First and foremost, let me be very clear that the supplier’s list provided here is a courtesy to you, so that it is easier for you to find the ingredients and make the product. I am not associated with them, nor do I benefit in any way if you purchase from any of the companies listed. Please feel free to find ingredients elsewhere if you like. The ingredients that I used since I started my formulation journey were purchased by me and only few were given to me by my close formulator friends.
There is NO one-stop center to buy all the raw materials that you need to make the product. In order for you to make the cosmetic spheres / beads / pearls, you need specific ingredients to achieve it. Few of the ingredients maybe not easily available for homecrafters. There are only few suppliers globally that you can get it from in small quantity. So, choose and plan your formulation well to minimize your cost of importing them.
You may have to purchase the raw materials from two or more suppliers and may have to import some of it, because certain ingredients are more popular in certain countries and, therefore, may not be available in other countries. The suppliers listed below are a few that I have discovered that do sell in small quantity (5g and above). I do encourage you to do your own search in your area / country first before deciding to purchase them from overseas.
If you decided to purchase from overseas, some of the suppliers listed below does not ship worldwide. Therefore, you will need to use a Parcel Forwarder Company or a Personal Shoppers to ship for you.
However, if you intend to do bulk purchase (>10 kg), it is much easier. You can contact the distributors directly in your country as it would be more cost effective than online retailers listed herein.
You are to do your own evaluations, searches and fact findings. We are not associated or profiteering from any companies listed, and we never receive any free samples from them. We also do not provide guarantee or warranty for services and products provided by the Parcel Forwarders, Personal Shoppers and Suppliers listed.
Some of the listed suppliers may have changed since they were first published. We appreciate if you can let us know for any correction needed.
Not all suppliers shipped overseas. If there are raw materials that you want and the supplier do not ship to your country, below are several ways that you can take.
1. IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SUPPLIER’S SHIPPING LIST
For the suppliers that do not ship overseas, I suggest that you contact them directly and inquire on whether they can ship it to you. In most cases, they are willing to ship it to you. I have done this several times.
2. PARCEL FORWARDERS
Alternatively, you may use a Parcel Forwarder company which will provide you with a virtual local address for you to purchase your raw materials and get them to deliver it to your country. I have done this several times too.

3. PERSONAL SHOPPERS / FORWARDERS
Finally, you can also use a personal shopper. This is beneficial if you have a few items to buy from several suppliers within the same country, you can use a personal shopper to help you with the purchase.
The above companies provide personal shoppers and personal forwarding services from and to many countries. This is particularly useful when the language used are not familiar to you and you can ask your forwarder / personal shopper who speaks the language of the country where they ship from to purchase the items for you and ship it to you.
When using parcel forwarder or personal shopper, it is very important that you CHECK with the supplier on items that can / cannot be shipped internationally BEFORE purchasing or making payments as some items are prohibited by the courier / airlines shipping policies. This is your responsibility, not your personal shopper's responsibility.
